Job summary

Utah Physical Therapy in West Haven, UT is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN, with flexible daytime and half/full-day shifts available.

You will provide patient-centered care, perform evaluations, develop or implement treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a clinical team while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Utah PT or PTA license or eligibility.
• CPR certification for Healthcare Professionals or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to improve mobility and manage pain.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT) or implement plans under supervision (PTA).
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to providers.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinic staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Support a clean, safe, professional clinical setting.
