Stonehenge of Cedar City in Utah is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The facility provides post-acute, long-term and geriatric care, and offers a stable team and a flexible schedule with work-life balance.

Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required, and new grads are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, delivering skilled rehabilitation, wound care, and discharge summaries while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
