Responsibilities

• Consults, educates, and trains patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborates with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality care.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records as required by regulations.
• Completes patient billing accurately and promptly.
• Communicates patient assessments, progress, and concerns with the physical therapist.
