Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants seeks a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Sharon, MA on a PRN basis. You will provide individualized therapy focused on improving movement, strength, balance, and functional independence for residents.

We offer a flexible PRN schedule, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and a supportive rehabilitation environment with a mix of short-term and long-term caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled treatment addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, and mobility.
• Develop measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress.
• Adjust interventions based on clinical findings and resident response.
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
