Job summary

Stern-Therapy-Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. The role focuses on individualized therapy to improve movement, strength, balance, and independence for residents in a rehabilitation setting.

In this position you will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide gait, balance, and mobility treatment. New graduates are welcome to apply, with a supportive interdisciplinary team and flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled treatment addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility.
• Develop measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress.
• Adjust interventions based on clinical findings and resident response.
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Sharon, MA
$55–$60/hour | PRN

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. Provide individualized therapy focused on helping residents improve movement, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
