Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Quincy, MA. The role focuses on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, with flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates welcome; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Provide interventions addressing strength, gait, balance, transfers, endurance, mobility.
• Establish rehabilitation goals and monitor progress.
• Modify treatment based on patient needs and response.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with PTAs and interdisciplinary team.
