Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in evaluating and adjusting treatment plans.
• Implement interventions focusing on balance, gait, strength, and function.
• Administer therapy methods under supervision and ensure safety.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Ensure age- and culturally appropriate care and accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain infection control and a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and participate in discharge planning.
• Adhere to policies and attend regular attendance.
