Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist to join its team in Columbus, Ohio. This PRN role offers the freedom to build a schedule around your life while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team ensuring quality patient care.

Required is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current Ohio PT license with NPTE completion; 1 year of PT experience is preferred. You will evaluate and implement treatment plans and educate patients and families on home programs.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
