Job summary

Greenridge Post-Acute and Senior Living in El Sobrante, CA is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist on a PRN basis. This role offers full clinical autonomy and the ability to schedule around your availability, with premium compensation for PRN work.

You will lead evaluations, develop care plans, and supervise PTAs in a collaborative rehabilitation environment focused on improving residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Physical Therapist license is required (or pending licensure).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Successful NPTE completion required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments per physician orders and CA standards.
• Develop, implement, and modify plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver individual and group PT interventions to restore function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments based on outcomes.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff per CA law and standards.
• Provide oversight to rehab aides, students, and volunteers as assigned.
• Communicate findings and discharge outcomes to physicians and team.
