Qualifications

• Current, active California Physical Therapist license.
• Successful NPTE completion.
• CPR/BLS certification on file or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments per physician orders and standards.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions to restore function and reduce impairment.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
• Communicate findings and progress to physicians and care teams.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in home exercise programs and safe device use.
