Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN role at Zumbrota Care Center in Zumbrota, MN. You will work with a leadership team of therapists who support flexible scheduling and high-quality care delivery aligned with our standards.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, active PTA license, and preferably 1 year of PTA experience. You’ll implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and

Competenze

Associate degree PTA required with active licensure in the state.
Current, unencumbered PTA license.
1 year PTA experience preferred.
Ability to implement treatment plans under a PT supervision.
Document patient progress and report changes to supervising PT.
Educate patients on home programs and device use.
