Job summary

Home of the Innocents is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center in Kentucky. This PRN position covers conferences, weekends, vacations, and gaps with no minimum hour requirements.

You will provide pediatrics-focused therapy under supervision, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help medically complex children and young adults stay active and progressing toward goals.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree with successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current NBCOT certification and active Kentucky OTA licensure.
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience, including clinical rotation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safety-focused occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to prioritize resident goals.
• Document therapy services accurately in the EMR and communicate progress.
• Support flexible coverage for conferences, weekends, and staffing gaps.
