Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) on a PRN basis in Battle Creek, Michigan. You will provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and support patients in daily living activities to improve independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Michigan OTA license, have strong interpersonal and clinical skills, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan OTA license.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with functional activities and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Help improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence.
• Document patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with the therapy and care teams.
