Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Battle Creek facility. Provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and support patients in building functional independence.

You'll collaborate with the therapy and care teams, document progress, and help patients improve strength, mobility, and daily living skills through individualized plans. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make meaningful patient

Qualifications

• Current Michigan OTA license.
• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with functional activities and daily living skills.

• Help improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence.
