Rehab Without Walls in Bellingham, Washington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapy in real world environments to help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Ability to lift and move patients following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services in home and community settings.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, cognition, safety, and community participation.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support independence and community reintegration through functional, real world therapy.
