Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Ohio is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime schedule. You will deliver high-quality care aligning with the supervising OT and support continuity of care across shifts.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, patient education, and participation in documentation and treatment planning within our Arcola Creek and Madison locations. NBCOT certification is required, with state licensure and at least one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state COTA license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
