Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality patient care on a PRN daytime basis at Lafayette Pointe, West Lafayette, Ohio. Under the supervision of an OT, you will implement treatment plans and monitor progress, while educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

NBCOT certification is required. Eligible candidates have an Associate Degree in OTA, an active COTA license, and preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required to practice as a COTA.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
