Job summary

Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible PRN role on our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled OT services to promote independence and quality of life.

Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team, supervise support staff as needed, document care in a timely manner, and travel to nearby affiliated facilities with travel

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current North Carolina OT license or eligible.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and assessments.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence.
