Job Summary:

Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic rehab team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and reach their highest level of functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Identify and address barriers to independence and provide education and training to residents and their families
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care and employ evidence-based practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Active occupational therapist license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
