Job summary

Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a caring Occupational Therapist (PRN) licensed in North Carolina. The role focuses on evaluating residents, creating treatment plans, and supporting discharge planning in a collaborative rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Screens residents and develops programs for implementation.
• Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides per state guidelines.

• Collaborates with center team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Prioritizes tasks to support efficient clinical operations.
• Demonstrates productivity and completes documentation and billing timely.
• Ensures MD orders are obtained according to policy.
