Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Central Virginia. You will evaluate residents, establish treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy to promote independence.

Responsibilities include reassessment, discharge planning, equipment coordination, and thorough documentation. The role requires NBCOT certification and an active state license, with flexible hours and infection control protocols in place.

Formación

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must possess a current NBCOT certification.
• Active state license required.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents per MD order and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Re-assess patients and determine need for continued services or discontinuation.
• Provide discharge planning to maximize independence.
• Identify equipment needs and order equipment per policy.
• Complete all required documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate in-services for staff to ensure safe carryover of programs.
• Attend Continuing Education courses relevant to the position.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with regulations.
