Marietta Heights Post Acute in Marietta, GA seeks a dependable PRN Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care and support on flexible shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an RN or LPN license and possess strong communication and organizational skills to respond promptly to changes in resident condition, while upholding infection control and safety policies.

Formación

• Current, valid nursing license as an RN or LPN in Ohio.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and resident care standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with STNAs and healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines and facility policies.
• Promote dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
