Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide quality nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to health professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with STNAs and healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.
• Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and policies.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
