Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our Van Buren, AR team on a PRN basis. You will provide patient-centered OT care in home settings, promoting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current OT licensure and CPR certification required; CPR may be offered upon hire.
• Two years of adult OT experience, home health preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and adaptive equipment needs.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain team, physician, patient, and family communication as applicable.
• Maintain thorough documentation for accurate billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care per state act.
