Job summary

Adoration Health in Batesville, AR, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN schedule. The OT will provide 1:1, patient-centered care in the home setting, evaluating and treating patients according to physician orders and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited OT education, current state licensure, CPR certification, and 2 years of adult OT experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT licensure in state of practice.
• CPR certification required; may be offered on hire.
• Two years of adult occupational therapy experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, patient, and family.
• Ensure thorough documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise OT assistants in direct patient care as required.
