Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based geriatric therapy in the Fort Pierce, FL area. This PRN role offers flexible visits, autonomy in delivering care under a plan of care, and the chance to help residents maintain independence and age in place.

Requirements include an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license. Two years of clinical experience are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
