Qualifications

• Florida COTA license required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Improve patients' functional independence and safety through therapeutic interventions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence at home.
