Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Services (required).
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Support daily living skills (hygiene, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, mobility, etc.).
• Assist with community integration (appointments, outings, social activities).
• Implement Individual Plans and behavior support strategies.
• Promote independence and person-centered outcomes.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and dignity of all individuals supported.
• Administer medications per MAR/PMOF (if certified).
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation (daily notes, incident reports, data tracking).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, nurses, and team members.
