Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain records per facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient education and independence.
• Lead or assist patients with exercises and daily living activities in therapeutic sessions.
