Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Track and document patient progress, maintaining accurate records according to facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients and families.
• Lead or assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living in a supportive environment.
