Job summary

Rose City Nursing and Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This flexible opportunity supports residents' independence and quality of life through skilled, resident-centered therapy in a busy skilled nursing setting.

Under the supervision of an OT, you will implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Current Pennsylvania COTA license.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, balance, and cognition.
• Accurately document sessions, progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards.
