Wyndmoor Hills Health Care Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team. You will provide treatments to patients under the supervision of an OTR and coordinate with the rehab staff to support functional goals.

This position emphasizes direct patient care, accurate progress notes, and adherence to state guidelines. PRN status means flexible scheduling to meet patient needs while maintaining high-quality care.

Formación

• Must have current COTA license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the cosignature of the OTR.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertification, and discharges.
• Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager
