Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN shifts in Hayward, WI. You will support licensed OT staff by providing patient-centered therapy and reporting progress. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience.

This role offers daytime PRN hours and a collaborative team environment. Facility location: Hayward Health Services.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
