Job summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health team in Canton/Lindale/Chandler/Van/Ben Wheeler/Grand Saline, TX & Surrounding Area. This role offers flexibility and meaningful patient care with strong clinical support from a therapist-led organization.

You will provide individualized therapy, monitor patient progress, and collaborate across disciplines to promote independence and quality outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in OTA program from an accredited school.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA.
• Experience in an occupational therapy setting is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress and maintain records per facility policies.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing to provide holistic care and educate patients/families on exercises and adaptive equipment.
• Lead or assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living in a supportive environment.
