• Associate’s degree in an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy per treatment plans developed by the OT.
• Monitor patient progress and document records in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing to provide holistic care and educate patients and families.
• Lead or assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living to promote independence.
