Rehab Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team serving Shawnee, McCloud, Harrah, Choctaw and surrounding areas in Oklahoma. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decision making, and the opportunity to provide compassionate, high‑quality therapy in patients’ homes.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT).
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized therapy based on the treatment plan designed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients/families.
• Lead or assist therapeutic activities and support daily living skills.
