Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will provide OT treatments and support daily living activities to promote greater independence for residents.

We offer a flexible PRN schedule, a collaborative therapy team, and opportunities to expand clinical experience in short-term rehab and long-term care settings.

Qualificações

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence.
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members.
