Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN scheduling in Cedarburg, WI. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT, educate patients on ADLs and home exercise programs, and document progress as part of a collaborative therapy team.

The position supports flexible daytime shifts with on-site roles at Cedarburg Health Services, combining autonomy with team-based care and opportunities to contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
