Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking a PRN Caregiver to provide ADL support, personal care, and compassionate assistance to residents, while upholding dignity and safety.

You will collaborate with a caring team, participate in training, and help with meals, transportation, housekeeping, and wellness activities, with opportunities for growth. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications if required by state.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• 1+ years caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transportation and assist with transfers.
• Support social, emotional well-being and engage residents in activities.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks; manage oxygen equipment if trained.
• Follow policies, ISP plans, and safety procedures; respond to emergencies.
