Job summary

Open Arms Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable caregivers for PRN home care assignments in Oak Brook and throughout DuPage County. If you want a caregiving role that fits your schedule, PRN scheduling offers flexibility based on client needs and your availability.

What You'll Do and Offer: provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, hydration reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and observation/reporting of client changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, as a CNA, HHA, DSP, or in assisted living, nursing home, or a similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to complete required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assistance with mobility and daily activities.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Observation and reporting of changes in a client's condition.
