Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, provide insurance coverage, and offer fast payment as you build your teaching experience with flexible local travel and high wages for your passion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
