Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; you’re paid quickly, within 24 hours after each lesson, and covered by our liability policy.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to design personalized

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• US-based and able to work in the United States.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
