InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel to client locations and support from InstaSwim.

Requires 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. You’ll create tailored lesson plans and ensure safety while delivering engaging instruction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with all ages.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to client locations and ensure safety.
