Job summary

InstaSwim is actively seeking professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We supply clients and add you to our liability policy, with safety and flexibility at the core. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, US work authorization, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create customized lesson plans based on ability and learning style.
• Assess progress and adjust lessons as needed.
• Ensure a fun, effective, and safe learning experience.
