Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and handle logistics, so you can focus on teaching. Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and have US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' pools.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
