Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide the clients and support; you deliver tailored lessons and track progress. Minimum 2 years' experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), US work authorization, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
