Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can get paid quickly after each lesson. You choose which clients to work with and will be insured under our general liability policy.

Earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson with fast payments and a background check provided by InstaSwim. Must have 2+ years of experience, be 18+, and have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet students' and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
