Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support; requirements include 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. Earn $40-$70 per hour teaching students of all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet goals.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
