InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, 18+, US-based with work authorization. Competitive pay of $40–$70 per hour and inclusion in InstaSwim's liability policy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• US-based with valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans per student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
