Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and can travel locally to client locations.

Earn $40–$70 per hour with payments processed quickly, and InstaSwim provides general liability insurance and background checks. Minimum 2 years' swim instruction experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
